I'm pretty sure this is the 1st live recorded Slade concert, due to the fact cassette recorders were a fairly new invention (I might be wrong)
This was the beginning of their massive U.K. success and the start of live concerts that would rock the world.
Always full of enthusiasm and interacting with their crowd to join in and enjoy from start to end of concert
And the crowd did do that (Apart from a few hecklers during their tours, which Noddy always put straight)
Included is Slades 1st U.K. hit "Get Down And Get With It" (Number 16 June 1971)
And I think the only live recording of "Sweet Box" , plus Alvin Lee's "Hear Me Calling", plus "Know Who You Are" and normally their regular finisher "Born To Be Wild" (But this was an outro, so is very short)
The audio is short but for any serious Slade fan it has to be in your collection.
My sound rating for this is 8/10
