It don't take long for Noddy and his band to get Dundee a rockin' and a rollin',
opening with "Rock 'n' Roll Preacher (Hallelujah I'm On Fire)" followed by their fast and furious "When I'm Dancin' I Ain't Fightin'".
The fans have just had their whistles wetened for starters and are in the Slade mood from the onset.
They entertain the crowd with their new single "Ruby Red" (that only peaked at number 51 in the U.K. charts)
taken from their current album "Till Deaf Do Us Part" but it went down well with their audience.
Dave Hill does a great solo "M' Hat M' Coat" lasting just over 3 minutes,
then it's full blast again by all with "Lock Up Your Daughters", "We'll Bring The House Down", "Get Down And Get With It"
and 3 of their U.K. chart number 1's "Take Me Bak 'ome", "Mama Weer All Crazee Now", "Cum On Feel The Noize" just to mention a few, Noddy again interacts, encouraging the crowd to participate and make some noise and is his
normal witty self, maybe the crowd are let down by Slade not playing "Merry Xmas Everybody"
but the fans do get to sing it by themselves.
The band finish with their version of Steppenwolfs "Born To Be Wild"
And a wild night was had by all leaving very happy...and slightly deafened !!!

My sound rating for this is 7/10
